Rochelle Taylor
Board Chair
Rochelle has worked as the Athletic Director at Henry Ford College for over 10 years. She earned her master’s degree in sports administration from Wayne State University. She lives in Detroit, Michigan.
Sharon Clark
Non-Voting Member
Sharon retired after 23 years of coaching the Butler University women’s volleyball team, which included multiple NCAA Tournament appearances and conference championships. She brings a wealth of expertise through her work and volunteerism as she seeks to help people of color in non-traditional sports through health, wellness, and fitness initiatives.
Tim Clark
Tim serves as the Vice President of Program Services at the Simon Youth Foundation. Originally from Syracuse, New York, he grew up playing lacrosse and continued playing collegiately. Tim also coached the boys’ lacrosse team at Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School to a 2023 Indiana State High School Boys 1A lacrosse championship.
Terhea Furr
Secretary
Terhea founded September 9 Media over 25 years ago where she develops messaging and media for her clients. She resides in Central Maryland and brings her marketing expertise to the Aspire Higher Foundation.
Michael Rodriques
Chair of Real Estate Development
Michael is the Vice President of Project Management at Simon Property Group and has more than 30 years of real estate experience. He graduated from Texas A&M with degrees in environment design and architecture.
Thomas Blackwell
Thomas has worked as an attorney since 1985 and currently practices with Blackwell, Burke & Ramsey, PC. He received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. at the Indiana University School of Law.
Art Kodroff
Art works as the controller for the Capital Improvement Board. He is originally from Philadelphia but has lived in Indiana for over 40 years. He and his wife, Sandy, live in Fishers with their golden doodle, Maggie.
Adrienne Lotson
Adrienne serves as an Administrative Law Judge for the City of New York. During her legal career, she worked with the NCAA, the Women’s Sports Foundation, and the Atlanta Olympic Committee. President emerita of the Dartmouth College Alumni Council, Dr. Lotson earned her J.D. at UC Berkeley School of Law.
Sara Marshall
Sara serves as the Executive Director at Teach Indy. As a former teacher, Sara brings insights into child development, school partnerships, and community programming. She and her husband, Michael, have three children.
Maunah Wadud
Maunah has lived in the Near Northwest Neighborhood for over 45 years. She is married with two daughters, four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. She is a board member with Indy Shakes and DIP-IN.
Corey Wilson
Corey is the Vice President of Community Engagement at Pacers Sports and Entertainment and Executive Director of the Pacers Foundation. His mother owned a business in the Near Northwest neighborhood during his childhood.
