Sunday Supper

harmony bloom

Harmony Bloom is a walking and gardening club program dedicated to the residents (50+) of the Near Northwest Landing Neighborhood. It offers a range of physical, social, and emotional benefits that contribute to their overall well-being and quality of life.

Walking has many benefits as a low-impact physical activity. It improves cardiovascular health, strengthens muscles, and enhances mobility, which will help seniors lead healthier lives.

Gardening offers seniors a holistic approach to well-being by combining physical activity with social interactions. It promotes healthy eating while fostering a sense of community.

Senior Spotlight

The seniors of the Clifton Square Apartments are the backbone of our Sunday Suppers. They engage in our programming and volunteer in our gardens.

We want to recognize Joe, a Clifton Square resident, who waters our gardens every week. Joe always finds ways to assist us out around the property. He recently helped build supports for the sunflower garden on Rader Street. Thank you, Joe, for your hard work and commitment to the community!
