Health

Maintaining a balanced diet rich in fresh foods is key to a healthy life. We grow fresh produce for our neighbors in our gardens and teach the importance of healthy eating habits in our RyZe Kitchen classes.

Wellness

Mental health is often overlooked, but it is crucial to one’s overall well-being. All three of our pillars go hand-in-hand. Healthy diets, physical activities, and creative outlets are proven to boost mental well-being.

Fitness

We are committed to bringing opportunities to youth in our community through sports. Our sports clinics promote activity and the values of teamwork and sportsmanship. Each year, we host free sports clinics and field days.

Sports Clinics

Our free sports clinics are offered to youth (9+) from local schools and in our community. There are a number of options to choose from including rollerskating, lacrosse, skateboarding, tennis, and BMX biking. Girls’ Sports Field Day

Our annual Girls’ Sports Field Day welcomes elementary and middle schoolers to participate in sports including rugby, tennis, golf, jazz dance, hip hop aerobics, and cycling.

Indy Street Fest

In July 2023, we held this first-of-its-kind event in Tarkington Park. It combined health, wellness, and sports activities for all ages. From sports clinics to a concert and movie showing, there was something for everyone.

Fall Fest

We partner with DIP-IN and the Northwest Landing Neighborhood Association to celebrate the anniversary of Frank Young Park alongside our neighbors. This event kicks off the start of fall with warm, hearty food and activities for all to enjoy.
