Mental Wellness
Our Purpose
Wellness is a core part of our programming and community spaces. We are committed to tackling the stigmas around mental health because we believe a healthy mind is a healthy soul. By offering these resources, we aim to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels empowered and is engaged in meaningful conversations about mental health.

The Huddle
A team huddle is a boost for mental wellness. Huddles build connection and belonging, reduce stress, and create a space for encouragement and support. This simple ritual strengthens trust, promotes a positive mindset, and reminds everyone they’re not alone. Join the conversation about mental well-being.

Who?
The Huddle programming is open to students in 5th-12th grade, men, and women. Together we will have open discussions with Indianapolis-area influencers to dive deeper into health and wellness.
Why?
To tackle the stigmas around mental health and wellness. To create a safe space where youth and adults can pull up a seat to the table to speak about mental health and wellness.

Indy Flow Fest
The first-of-its-kind event encouraged self-care practices through rejuvenating activities, including meditation rhythms, sound bowl therapy, a drum circle, and yoga.

Topiary Therapy Workshop
In May 2024, world-renowned topiary artist Mike Gibson joined us for two topiary therapy workshops. Gibson shared his love for artistic expression through nature by leading the participants through topiary demonstrations.

Wellness Retreats
In the fall, we host several camping events centered around wellness. These weekend retreats leave campers feeling refreshed and inspired by activities including night hikes, sunrise yoga, and times of fellowship.
