Sharon Clark
Sharon Clark, co-founder of Aspire Higher Foundation, is a social entrepreneur. After a 30-year career as a collegiate coach, where she won championships and helped young people strive for greatness, Sharon returned to her original passions: architecture, placemaking, foodways—all in service of disrupting inequality and improving quality of life.
As the leader of Aspire Higher Foundation, Sharon is listener-in-chief: witnessing what neighbors of the Near Northwest say they need and want to live better lives; and designing programs that model forward-thinking practices in the realms of health, food, design, and overall community betterment. In 2026, Sharon Clark was recognized by the NCAA for her work to uplift the community.
