Our Leadership

Executive Director and non-voting Board Member

Sharon Clark

After more than 30 groundbreaking years leading four powerhouse women’s volleyball programs, Sharon has become nothing short of a legend in the world of collegiate athletics. Her career is studded with championship titles, NCAA Tournament runs, and a long roster of All-Americans—all while shaping, mentoring, and graduating generations of remarkable young women.

Now, she’s taken her passion to an even larger stage—stepping beyond the sidelines to become a national force for youth empowerment. As a visionary leader, Sharon is blazing new trails, opening doors for young people to explore bold frontiers in higher education, technology, global careers, sports, wellness, and the arts. Her work is rooted in breaking barriers and amplifying voices that have too often gone unheard.

Her mission is crystal clear—and unapologetically ambitious: to fuel unstoppable dreams, redefine opportunity, and ignite a new era of fearless, purpose-driven leaders ready to change the world.
